Palampur – On the occasion of Independence Day, Ashish Butail, the MLA of Palampur, conveyed warm wishes to the community. He expressed his appreciation to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri for their efforts in reinstating the Palampur–Delhi Volvo bus service starting August 16.
Butail explained that the discontinuation of BS-4 category buses due to the implementation of GRAP-4 in the Delhi area had previously halted the Palampur–Delhi Volvo service. The resumption of this service aims to enhance passenger convenience.
The bus is scheduled to leave Palampur at 7:00 AM, arriving in Chandigarh at 12:10 PM, and reaching Delhi by 8:05 PM. Conversely, the bus will depart from Delhi at 7:00 AM and return to Palampur by 7:00 PM.
To ensure a quicker and more efficient journey, the route has been optimized to travel from Palampur through Hamirpur and Ghumarwin.
